Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Summary: This will be a Monday-Friday, Full-Time, hourly position (8:00a.m.-5:00p.m.). In this role you will oversee quotations for both our plumbing and electrical customers. The project manager will work with our quotations department to successfully deliver projects to our customers.

Specific Duties Include:

  • Management of bid projects to completion
  • Generating customer quotations, and follow up on quotes
  • Project material purchasing and scheduling
  • Provide trouble shooting and product application assistance to customers
  • Work with other team members to resolve customer service issues in a timely manner
  • Primary facilitator for the customer ordering process
  • Identifying and proactively responding to opportunities to promote the sale of additional products

  • Excellent relationship building skills are an must
  • Superior problem solving, project management and analytical skills
  • Product and technical knowledge that would normally be acquired in two or more years of college or technical school
  • Outstanding interpersonal, customer service and communication skills, including phone skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively.
  • Knowledge of lighting, switchgear, and plumbing products a plus
  • Mincron ERP experience a plus
