Trainees for SalesREADI Program

Dakota Supply Group is a wholesale distributor in the upper midwest which sells electrical and mechanical (plumbing, HVAC, waterworks) materials. We are currently seeking candidates for our SalesREADI program. This is an intense training opportunity for unique individuals who have a genuine interest in the wholesale distribution industry and more specifically, the sales aspect of our business. Our READI (Reach & Educate- Associate Development Initiative) program will resemble an internship program, however will require a sincere commitment from the trainee to be a part of, and remain a part of, our company. For the right mature, career-minded individual, this program could be the igniter that will launch their career with an established distributor with a proven track record and an appetite for growth. Do you have the "Right Stuff"? Desire: Industrial Distribution Degree or similar educational background. Flexibility to relocate within three state region. Tools and desire to launch a successful sales/management career.
